I'm Bob Miess. I Help UU Congregations Run Well So Ministry Can Flourish.

With nearly ten years serving the UU Church in Livermore — as Children & Youth Coordinator, Office Manager, and Executive Church Administrator — I bring deep UU fluency to every engagement. I hold an MDiv, currently serve as Co-President of the UUA Pacific Western Region Board, and understand church culture from the inside, not just the organizational chart.
